We'll spend time talking about any plan concepts and ideas you already have. We'll look at rooms, sizes, Square Footage targets, terrain for multiple levels, etc. We'll cover floor systems, wall heights, ceiling types, roof concepts, etc.
We'll spend time talking more about the CastleGate Design process, what can be expected in each phase and step of the process, and overall timeframes based on your project needs.
We'll go over the more detailed estimate of the process and talk about how the billing process works and how payments can be made.
We'll cover additional information on the CastleGateDesign contract, including the Terms of Agreement. We'll cover final billing information, what is provided in the final drawings, and what is not provided. We'll talk about additional available services.
